Looking in the Console, I found message from iTunes such as these. In a chat with Apple support, I was told my iPod is no longer supported. ITunes refuses to show it in the list of devices. It's the Classic 160GB (the best iPod ever). I think my question comes down to, "how can I downgrade to the previous version of iTune?"Īfter the bad idea of "upgrading" to High Sierra, and working through an endless list of problems, I just ran into a new one.
